As the newest addition to Libertad Real Estate, Tracie Smith brings more than 15 years of successful experience to her position as a residential and commercial broker.  Tracie’s broad range of expertise includes sales, leasing, property management, investment strategies, site selection, and asset evaluation.  Her exceptional negotiating skills and results-driven approach yield consistent results for a diverse client base.  And her natural energy and easygoing style make her an ideal partner during even the most challenging real estate transactions.

After graduating from Indiana University/Purdue University in Indianapolis, Tracie began her professional career in 2001 as a leasing associate with Mansur Real Estate Services.  She went on to hold sales and management positions with such prestigious firms as CP Morgan, Olympia Partners, and CBRE.  While developing her market knowledge in all areas of residential, retail and commercial real estate, Tracie also developed a reputation as a strategic thinker and creative problem solver.  With her unique skill set and proven abilities, she is both a trusted resource for her clients and a valuable member of the Libertad team.

In addition to her client representation work at Libertad, Tracie is extensively involved in advancing the real estate industry.  Over the years, she has volunteered her time with a number of important organizations such as the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors, the International Council of Shopping Centers, ICSC Next Generation, and Indiana Commercial Real Estate Board of Realtors where she currently serves as a board member.
