Stephen St. Peters grew up in Indianapolis where he attended St. Lawrence and Brebeuf Preparatory before going on to Purdue and then Indiana University where he obtained his B.S. in Business, Economics and Public Policy at the Bloomington campus in 1984.

He worked twenty years in the Insurance industry as an adjuster where he both worked for and independently represented the top Insurance companies in the country. He earned professional designations and was recognized as a leading professional in the industry. He began his real estate career in 1997 as an investor.

Steve’s ability to efficiently evaluate property, and effectively structure deals from either the buyer’s or seller’s position brings significant value to the transactions in which he participates. His clients can always trust that he will protect and work to maximize their interests.
